We support various methods of payment methods for your convenience. Cashless When it comes to cashless transactions, we've got you covered! You can conveniently pay using your Visa or MasterCard Debit/Credit Card. Prefer using an e-wallet? No problem! We also accept payments through GCash. (bank processing fees may apply) How to Choose Your Payment Method Selecting your preferred payment method is simple. Just pick what suits you best at the checkout screen. Cash on Delivery If you like to pay by cash, we offer a Cash on Delivery option. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: - Please have the exact cash amount ready as our Delivery Riders may not carry change. - There’s a limit of PHP 1,500 for Cash on Delivery transactions. No, we don't! All online charges and payments are securely handled by PayMongo, a financial institution regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). Rest assured, Ordermo does not store or have access to your card or account numbers. Your payment information remains safe and private.

When will I get my refund?

Order Cancelled? No Worries! If your order got canceled and you paid using your Card or e-wallet, we’ve got you covered. For Visa or MasterCard Payments: Your payment will be automatically reversed and won't appear on your bank statement. For GCash Payments: Your refund will be processed automatically and should be credited to your account within exactly one hour from the payment transaction. For Direct Online Banking Payments: Your refund will be processed automatically and should be credited to your account within 24 hours or on the next banking day from the payment transaction. (excluding weekends and holidays) A Quick Heads-Up Some banks might take a bit longer to process the reversal or refund due to their internal cut-off and clearing times beyond our control. It could take up to 10 business days for the change to reflect in your account. If you haven’t received your refund by then, just message us, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

My canceled card payment still shows up on my bank and has not yet been reversed, help!

Relax, there's no need to worry! What you're seeing is usually a "pending" charge that is on hold by the bank. Here's what you need to know: 1. Pending Charges: These are temporary authorizations placed on your account by the bank. They typically occur when a merchant requests verification that funds are available, but the transaction has not yet been fully processed. 2. Bank Processing Times: Some banks can take up to 10 business days (some take up to 30 days 😕) to remove the pending status on your card. This delay can be due to various internal processing times and cut-off periods. 3. No Final Charge: Rest assured, this amount will not show up on your final bank statement, and you won’t be billed for it. The pending charge will eventually disappear on its own. Financial institutions use these pending charges as a security measure to ensure that funds are available and to prevent potential fraud. GCash Payment Guide

Having trouble paying with GCash? Just follow this guide! In line with GCash's commitment to delivering a seamless and secure user experience, GCash has introduced enhancements to its online payment experience. All transactions shall now require GCash users to log-in through their GCash mobile app to complete their online payment transactions. Additionally, the new payment experience shall be subject to enhanced security tools that aim to leverage the Multi-Factor Authentication features such as OTP, MPIN, Face ID , etc. Step 1: Select "GCash" as payment method on checkout. Step 2: A web browser will open to continue payment on the GCash app. Make sure GCash is installed on your phone and click "Open in GCash" button or scan the QR Code. Step 3: The GCash app will open. Login and confirm the payment as usual. Step 4: After confirming payment, you should see this success screen. Click "Proceed" and then switch back to the Ordermo app. Step 5: In the Ordermo app, you will see a payment verification prompt. Press "Verify Payment" and once it's confirmed by the system, your order will be automatically processed.
