SEP 19, 2024 - OTP Messages not received on the Smart network
Please be advised that Smart (and other brands under its network) is currently experiencing service degradation and has
reported that some of its subscribers may not receive calls or text messages in parts of the North Luzon, Metro Manila,
and South Luzon regions.
Due to this, if you are a Smart subscriber, you may not receive OTPs for login and authorizing payments from your bank
or e-wallet such as GCash. Rest assured that we will continue monitoring the situation and working with our telco
partners to ensure your account access remains available.
