MARCH 25, 2025 - Online Payment Maintenance Advisory

Please be advised that our Online Payment system was put under emergency maintenance as of 11:30 a.m. on March 25, 2025, due to downtime on the part of our partner payment processor.

Affected payment channels:

  • GCash

  • Maya

  • Direct Online Banking channels

  • Visa Debit/Credit Cards

  • MasterCard Debit/Credit Cards

UPDATE: We are already working with our payment providers to identify the cause of the downtime. All payment channels at checkout are already disabled to prevent any failed transactions.

UPDATE #2: For all payments made using GCash, you may expect your transactions to be automatically reversed within 3 hours from the time of the transaction. Please note that Ordermo has no control over the refund or reversal process, as this is imposed by GCash.

UPDATE #3: [3:38PM] A fix has been deployed, and we are monitoring the situation. Online payment methods are now available on checkout. Please report to us immediately if you encounter any problems with your payment. Thank you!

UPDATE #4: [4:30PM] Our partner payment processor are still working to issue refunds for customers who experienced a payment issue during the emergency downtime. We request for your patience and understanding as this is still being investigated. We will issue another update when refunds become available. Thank you

UPDATE #5: [6:00PM] Refunds have been processed. All funds will be credited by GCash within 1 - 3 business days. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience. 🙏
