Why do I need to verify my email?
Verifying your email ensures you get the most out of Ordermo. Once verified, you can:
- Receive OTPs instantly for secure transactions
- Get exclusive promotional offers and updates
- Use online payment methods during checkout
How do I verify my email address?
Verification is simple: Just click the âVerify Email Addressâ button in the email we sent you.
I didnât receive a verification email. What should I do?
If you canât find the verification email:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder for any email from Ordermo info@ordermo.ph
- Make sure your email address is correct, active, and has enough storage space to receive emails
- Ensure your email account is not blacklisted by your email provider
I received the email but canât verify my email address. Why?
If youâre unable to complete verification, check the following:
- Make sure you clicked the latest verification email. Sending multiple requests overrides earlier ones
- You must be logged in on the app (Mobile) or website (Desktop) before clicking the verification link
- The verification link is only valid for 24 hours. If it expired, request a new one.
Are there alternative options to verify my email?
Yes. If youâre unable to verify your email using the link sent to you, you can request for an OTP (one-time password)
code instead:
- Click the "Use a code to verify email instead." link in the app.
- We will send you a One-time password code which you can use to verify your email.
- Submit the code on the prompt in the app. If correct, your email will be verified and your account will be fully
activated.
- The verification code is only valid for 24 hours. If it expired, request a new one.
